Batman's book but boy, was I wrong This book is very well written without repetitions, which are one of the biggest problems of modern books! Especially the chapter on mineral and spring waters is very interesting; it gives the reader information about mineral and spring water in a number of countries. But Samuel Hays has also delivered an exceptionally useful examination of environmental regulations and shifting politics regarding the history of forest protection in the United States. The information is great and easy to understand. It's just hard to read all at once because each section is only a few pages and so it switches around a lot.. Recipes might take longer than you think and instructions might be inadequate, but it'll still be good.I'd give this five stars if the instructions and the index were better. I must admit that I did not read the book, but recently I saw the movie "Frankie's House" which was made by Australian TV and I think it is one of the best movies I ever saw, only I missed the last 15 minutes on the tape.
